Richard “Dick” Lovern, Sr., 73, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 17, 2016 in Titusville, FL. He was born on August 9, 1943 in Roanoke, VA to the late Carl and Helen (McCambridge) Lovern. Dick is survived by his beloved wife of 18 years, Linda E.; son, Rick, Jr.; daughter, Linda G.; brother, Roger; 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Dick worked at Kennedy Space Center for 50 years. His favorite hobbies include: hunting from his truck, NASCAR or watching a good game of college football. He will be truly missed. A Celebration of Dick’s Life will be held at 7PM on Tuesday, October 25th at the New Fellowship Baptist Church in Mims, FL. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Dick to: Hospice of St. Francis Foundation, 1250-B Grumman Place, Titusville, Florida 32780.
