Robert Phillip Ballou, 76, departed this life peacefully on Saturday, February 18, 2017 in Cocoa, FL. Robert was born on April 1, 1940 in Haverhill, NH to the late Gerald Ward and Marion Viola Bowley-Ballou.
Following high school, he enlisted in the ARMY and later led a successful career with the Veterans Administration. Robert retired to Brevard County, FL in 2005 coming from South Royalton, VT.
He leaves memories to cherished by his beloved wife of 51 years, Joan; children, Marcus J. Ballou (Alyssa) and Christina Paquin; grandchildren, Davis and Tia; his adoring great grandbaby, Elleigh Grace; and a host of extended family members and friends.
Services will be held privately at a later date.
