He was born on February 10, 1931 in Pender, NE to the late Edward Paul Hodapp and Arletta Hodapp. He is also preceded in death by his son, Brian Mark Hodapp.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley M. Hodapp; children, Anna Marie Shreiner, Cynthia Diane Heer, Charles Andrew Spellman, Michael Anthony Hodapp, and Everett Alonzo Hodapp; grandchildren, Charles Joseph Spellman, David Karl Shreiner, Jessica Marie McSweeney, William Edward Hodapp, Jason Michael Shreiner, and Samuel James Spellman; great grandchildren, Logan Daniel McSweeney and Koda Michael Shreiner; and sister, Phyllis Louise Hendrix.
Edward is a retired Major in the United States Air Force.
Visitation is Saturday March 25, 2017 from 1pm to 2pm with memorial service starting at 2pm at the Newcomer Funeral Home (East Orlando Chapel).
