Michael McLeod, 59, of Orlando, passed away on April 20, 2017

Michael was born on May 7, 1957 in Kingston, Jamaica to Audley and Peggy (Roberts) McLeod. He spent his childhood and early adult years in Jamaica before emigrating to the United States.

He graduated from York Castle High school in Jamaica, and would go on to earn his bachelor's in Accounting and Finance from the University of Central Florida.

Michael’s life was filled with many hobbies, skills and accomplishments. As a child, his passion was building various models such as planes or boats. As a young adult, photography became a favorite hobby of his; complete with his own dark room. He was also an excellent cook, and was highly skilled in the jokes department. He would always find a way to make you laugh. If you didn’t laugh at his joke, you were definitely going to laugh at his laugh because it was truly contagious. His biggest accomplishment in life, he would say, was being a father and a grandfather. He loved his children and grandchildren very much.

Michael is predeceased by his father, Audley; and mother, Peggy. He is survived by his sister, Marcia; children, Lauren, Colin, Courtney and Brian; and grandchildren Dean, Willow and Lily.
