Maria Consuelo Urrego de Palacio, 84, of Orlando, departed this life and graciously entered into the open arms of her Heavenly Father on Tuesday, June 13, 2017. She was born on March 11, 1933 in Santa Fe de Antionquia, Colombia to the late Marco Aurelio Urrego and Candida Acevedo.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Felix Antonio Palacio Zapata; and her 3 brothers and 2 sisters.

She leaves memories to be cherished by her children, Maria Magdalena Palacio Urrego, Carmen Judith Palacio Urrego, Jose Felix Palacio Urrego, John Jairo Palacio Urrego, Carlos Edilio Palacio Urrego, Luis Ruderico Palacio Urrego, Marco Aurelio Palacio Urrego, Juan Ramon Palacio Urrego, Maria Victoria Palacio Urrego, Zoila Maria Palacio Urrego, and Milton Javier Palacio Urrego; 24 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and a host of extended family members and friends. Her precious and kind spirit will remain in our hearts forever.

Visitation will be held from 5PM to 9PM on Monday, June 19th at Newcomer Funeral Home - East Orlando Chapel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11AM on Tuesday, June 20th at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Orlando following with interment at Woodlawn Memorial Park, Orlando.
