Barbara, the daughter of John and Anne Selensky from Queens, NY, was born on February 16, 1943. She worked for publishing company Harcourt, for over 25 years and served 10 years with the City of Orlando. Barbara "Babs", had many cherished lifelong friends and was a very kind and gentle soul with a sense of humor all will remember. She had a loving and generous heart, always helping others.
She leaves her loving memories to be cherished by her loving sons, Kevin and Steven Cunningham; son in law, Jeff Smith; daughter in law Michele; sister Lynn Goldmann; brother John Selensky; sister Denise Selensky; and her adoring nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her beloved sister, Carole Detz.
A memorial service will be held Sunday afternoon, August 13, 2017, at 12:00 Noon in the Newcomer Funeral Home, Orlando, FL. Friends and relatives are invited and may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM.
Flowers will be accepted by the family or those who wish may make contributions in memory of Babs to the ASPCA
