Teresa Rosado Rios died peacefully on Nov. 9th 2017 in Lake Mary, FL at the age of 78. She is
survived by her two sons, Ted Vega and Paul Kenneth Mateo, her ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Teresa was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico and grew up in New York City where she attended
Washington Irving High School. Teresa was an army wife in her youth.

Teresa loved her family and friends. She was an excellent cook and could light up a room with her
singing. She loved to dance and listen to music from yester-year. She played the guitar and piano
as well. She enjoyed shopping and looking chic.

She loved to sing for the Lord and at family gatherings. She was a member of the Church of God in
Tampa, FL and later at First Baptist Church in Sanford, FL. She will be truly missed by her family
but, we know that she is in God’s embrace.
