Richard is survived by his son, Paul David Padgett; daughter, Norma Elizabeth Padgett, grandchildren, Christopher Padgett, Nathan Padgett, Brandon Padgett, Tyler Padgett, Victoria Padgett, and Kaelyn Shuba; parents, Richard and Aunita Padgett; brother, Michael Padgett; and sister, Janice Plunkett.
He is a US Navy veteran.
Visitation is Wednesday February 21, 2018 from 6pm to 8pm at the Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (East Orlando Chapel).
Graveside service is Thursday February 22, 2018 at 11am at Chapel Hill Cemetery, Orlando, FL.
