Michael J. Pons, aka " Magic Mike" a long time resident of Titusville, Fl. passed away peacefully on June 14, 2018. Mike was born on August 31, 1945 to Eddie and Ida Pons of Gainesville, Florida. He was predeceased by his mother and father, his brother Eddie Jr., a Vietnam veteran and his sister Maude. Mike is survived by his loving wife Joline Feely Pons, his children Mike and Marni and six grandchildren.
Mike owned and operated Environmental Experts Pest Control business for many years. Growing up , Mike was very active in the Boy Scouts of America and then joined the US Army reserves where he served a number of years. Mike loved his horses and a good day of fishing. He also enjoyed volunteering at the VFW Post 4228 and the American Legion Post 1 of Titusville, Florida.
On October 12, 2013 he married the love of his life, Joline Feely, the "Damn Yankee" from Lewiston Maine. Although their time together was shorter than expected, they loved to travel , volunteer and sing Karaoke with good friends. What will be remembered most about "Magic Mike" was that he was a kind hearted southern gentlemen with a contagious boyish smile. He was loved by all who knew him and he will be greatly missed.
