Elizabeth “Betty” Helen Bouchard (Krantz), born on October 26, 1927 in Clinton, Wisconsin, died at age 90 on June 24, 2018.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Bouchard; her parents, Helen and Leroy Krantz; and her brother, Thomas Krantz (Rose). Betty will be dearly missed by her son, Rick Bouchard (Barbara); daughters, Linda Spier (Michael), Bonnie Bouchard and Jan Zullo (Richard); sisters, Jean Hollis (Sonny), Joan Robertson (Jerry) and Donna Haase (Lobby); grandchildren, Eric Sherwood (Mia), Shane Bouchard, Ricky Bouchard (Kate), Cortney Thekan (Omar), Ryan Bouchard (Tricia), Colin Thekan (Jennifer) and Kyle Bouchard (Alisha), and 12 great-grandchildren who brought her tremendous joy.

She also leaves behind her greatly loved pet bird, Happy. Betty nurtured those around her with love, honesty, and conviction. To her family, she was the North Star; her love was a constant compass that will continue to guide them throughout their lives. The family invites donations in Betty’s name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Services will be private.
