Joe Russell Leatherman, 61, of Lake Mary, FL passed away Saturday April 18, 2015 at South Seminole Hospital in Longwood, FL.

Born August 12. 1953 in Catawba County to the late William Stewart and Frances Aileen Barnes Leatherman. Joe loved the beach and traveling.

A Host of Nieces and Nephews

A service to celebrate Joe’s life will be held Saturday, April 25, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Hudson Chapel Baptist Church in Catawba. Rev. Dean Hart and Rev. Frank Bentley will officiate. The family will receive friends Saturday, April 25, 2015 from 1:00 to 1:45 p.m. at Hudson Chapel Baptist Church.
Those serving as pallbearers are, Melvin Leatherman, Charles Leatherman, Lawrence Leatherman, Michael Leatherman, Aaron Leatherman, Christopher Leatherman and Barry Leatherman.
