Bryan Earl Dolson , 19, was born on August 4, 1995 in Corvallis, Oregon. He went home to be with Jesus on May 14, 2015. Bryan is the son of Darin & Kathy Dolson and brother to Nikayla Skolits, Danielle Dolson, and Brock Dolson. Bryan was raised in Pullman, Washington where he grew up loving the Washington State Cougars. His family then moved to Orlando, Florida in 2006. Bryan was homeschooled through 7th grade and then attended Discovery Middle School and Timber Creek High School where he graduated in 2014. Bryan was a member of the freshman and JV football teams at Timber Creek and was actively involved in Cru High School ministry, his youth group at Crossway Community Church and Missionary Kid to Missionary Kid “MK2MK”.

Bryan had just finished his freshman year at Santa Fe College in Gainesville, Florida. He had planned to finish his A.A. degree at Santa Fe and then transfer to the University of Florida to major in Public Relations. He lived in “Williams”, one of Gainesville’s Southern Scholarship Houses where he experienced great community and friendships. Bryan loved sports, loved to ride long boards with his brother Brock as well as other friends as well as play ultimate Frisbee & “Trash Can”. Bryan played guitar and helped lead worship in his youth group. He was involved in Cru at UF and was planning on going on a summer mission project to Juneau, AK. He was a huge fan of the UF Gators.

Bryan is survived by his parents, Darin & Kathy Dolson, his sister Nikayla Skolits and her husband Ted Skolits, his sister Danielle Dolson, and his brotherBrock Dolson. Bryan was also “Uncle B” to his nieces Melaina Skolits and Emmalyn Skolits. Bryan has four surviving grandparents, Roland & Patsy Dolson and Richard & Lorraine Mullen as well as one great grandfather, Oscar Mundo. Bryan was also dearly loved by his aunts, uncles and cousins, James & Patryce Kleinhans and their children, Christian and Chantelle; Derek & Darcy Staberg and their children Davin and Danna; Rosalie Stephens, Jeremiah Stephens and Alyssa Carlson; Tim and Karolyn Caffee, David, Jami and Tyler; Arthur and Margaret Mundo. Celebrating Bryan’s arrival in heaven was his grandfather Mel Caffee, his great grandmother Alice Ugino and his cousin, Dillon Staberg.

Visitation will be held from 5PM-9PM Tuesday, May 19 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Orlando. Graveside services will be held at 11AM Wednesday, May 20 at Greenwood Cemetery, Orlando. A memorial service will follow at 2PM Wednesday at University Presbyterian Church, Orlando.
