Edward D. McBride was born January 14, 1976 and passed away on May 20, 2015 at the age of 39. He is preceded in death by his great grandmother, Bernice Jackson. He leaves to mourn, his wife, April McBride; his three step sons, Jonas Lawrence, Joel Smith and Jarius Smith; his mother, Tammy Allen (Sarah); grandmother, Ruby Johnson; one aunt, TaWanda Johnson; four uncles, Timothy Allen, Darrel Johnson, Willie Johnson and Ronnie Charles Johnson and a host of nieces, Aaliyah Cumberbatch, Jayla Kemp, Tanaya Woodson and Erica Tuck; nephews, Nubean McBride, Jaylen Kemp and a host of cousins, friends and family.

Edward attended Fort Pierce High School in 1996 where he later went to Valencia College. He served in the United States Army from 1996-1999 where he was discharged as an Honorable Soldier. He was also a faithful member of Jesus Is Living Waters Ministries where he served as a member of the choir and a great help in church duties. His hobbies were watching TV and eating walking around the house saying “THIS IS THE LIFE.” Edward lived his life like a King and he will truly be missed.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, May 29, 2015 in the Chapel of Newcomer Funeral Home with the Eulogy being delivered by Edward's uncle, Pastor Ronnie Charles Johnson.
