Matthew Ryan "Bubba" Mercer, 34, of Orlando FL, passed away unexpectedly Monday September 28, 2015.

Matthew Ryan was born January 29, 1981 in Orlando, FL. He graduated from University High School in 1999. He enjoyed computer technology, video games, and anime. He was an avid reader and collector.
He was saved and baptized as a young child at Westside Community Church. He was a sweet and kind soul who loved his family unconditionally.

He is survived by his parents (Deborah and Michael A. King), (Raymond V. Mercer III), four grandparents (John and Nona Nohra and Richard and Margaret Clifton) three sisters (Melissa Novotny, Kelly Emerick, and Carrie Mercer), two brothers-in-law (Randy Novotny and Matthew Emerick), two nieces (Taylor Stagnolia and Makenzie Emerick), two nephews (Dylan Novotny and Brody Emerick), and a large family of aunts, uncles, cousins, and his longtime girlfriend Amber Manges and her son Austin.

We will keep Matthew Ryan in our hearts and memories. He was loved and will be forever missed.

The visitation will take place Saturday October 3, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home in Orlando, FL from 5pm til 8pm. The funeral service for Matthew Ryan Mercer will be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday October 4, 2015 at Orlando Baptist Church (500 S. Semoran Blvd. Orlando, FL 32807). Interment following service at Greenwood Cemetery (1603 Greenwood St. Orlando, FL 32801).
