Angelita Gloria Clarke, age 72, of Orlando, Florida passed away on Thursday, August 9, 2018.

Visitation is Monday, August 20, 2018 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. Funeral Services are Monday, August 20, 2018 at 11:00 am at Newcomer Funeral Home (East Orlando chapel), , , .

Interment will be on Monday, August 20, 2018 at 1:30 pm at Highland Memory Gardens, 3329 E. Semoran Blvd., Apopka, Florida 32703.

Angelita Gloria Clarke, otherwise known as Angie, was the oldest of two children born to Gwendolyn Edwards and Mr. Scott on July 2nd 1946 at district Brown Piece St. Mary, Jamaica West Indies. She received her preliminary education at a local school in St. Mary. On June 26, 1971 she married the love of her life, Leslie Clarke. Angelita migrated to New Your in 1964 where she was employed as a nanny. She was later employed by Siemen's computer Company and Franklin Computer Company. Angelita decided that was not her dream. Her ambition was to become a nurse. With this in mind, she entered the medical field and went to school in New Jersey and became a Certified Nurse's Assistant in 1989. Angelita relocated to the Orlando area and continued working as a CNA at Guardian Care Nursing Home. Due to illness, she was unable to continue working and had to have dialysis thre times a week. Her general health deteriorated and Angelita lost the battle of survival on August 9th, 2018. She leaves to mourn her loss her loving daughter, Paula Barnett, son Nicholas Russell, daughter, Ann Marie Clarke, son, Kinsurt Clarke, son, David Carke, sister, Lecita "Cherry" Vickham, 2 grandsons, niece, Sandra Edwards, and great-nephew, Justin Edwards.She is preceded in death by her parents, Mother, Gwendolyn Edwards, Father, Mr. Scott, Husband, Leslie Clarke, Daughter, Debbie Clarke.
