Ida Lawrenson, age 86, of Orlando, Florida passed away on Thursday, September 27, 2018.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Mother, Margaret Jones, Husband, Thomas Lawrenson, Grandson, Paul Lawrenson, Father, Robert Jones, Sister, Margaret Jones.

She is survived by Daughter, Patricia Lawrenson, Daughter, Diane Underwood, Son, Stephen Lawrenson,Jesus Underwood Son in law and Doreen Lawrenson Daughter in Law, Grandson, Stephen Lawrenson, Granddaughter, Gemma Lawrenson, Brother, Robert Jones, Sister, Valerie Landry, Sister, Brenda Barlow, Brother, Kenneth Jones, Sister, Mavis Carr, Sister, Glenys Jones.

Visitation is Friday, October 5, 2018 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. Funeral Services are Friday, October 5, 2018 at 11:00 am at Newcomer Funeral Home (East Orlando chapel)

Ida was born in Liverpool, England. She and her family moved to Orlando, FL in the year 1969. She retired from Winn Dixie after many years of service and was loved by everyone she met. Ida was an avid music lover. She loved to dance and she especially loved to travel back to her home town of Liverpool to visit her family and friends there as well as her trips to Wales.

In her later years, Ida enjoyed her trips to Cabo San Lucas, where she would sit in her lounge chair drinking Pina Coladas and listening to the waves crashing on the rocks. Ida was a loving caregiver to many over the years and was deeply loved.

Our mother brought many blessings into many people's lives, we love her and will miss her so very much. Love as powerful as her and to have been loved so deeply by her will be with us forever.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Ida's name to Hospice of the Comforter, Altamonte Springs.
