He is preceded in death by his parents, father, Robert I. Bower, Sr., mother, Lois Bower, and his wife Donna J. Oliver Bower. He is survived by his, daughters, Nichole Bower, and Jodi Fiorenzano, grandson, Euan Miranda, sisters, Joanne Bower, and, Jonell Abercrombie.
A graveside service with military honors will be held at Chapel Hill Cemetery, Orlando, on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at 10AM.
