Joan H Stern, age 87, of Titusville, Florida passed away on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at Carriage House. A native of Lynn, MA, she came to the Titusville area 2012

Having served in the US Air Force during the Korean War she was a member of both the American Legion and the VFW where she volunteered many hours as well as a volunteer at the Colorado Pioneer Museum for many years working in the gift shop. She loved animals and had a green thumb. She loved to travel and traveled a lot around the US as well as a few cruises. Traveled to Jamaica, Peru, plus a European tour, as a collector of Hummels she also visited the Hummel factory during her trip to Europe. She loved music, and attended a lot of blue grass festivals. She was a member of the Jazz Club and enjoyed music, music, music. She was a member of the Red Hatters and enjoyed going out with all the ladies for lunch. She loved a good joke and did so enjoy socializing and mixing. She loved tennis and never missed watching Wimbledon. Then there was shopping. Joan was a "girlee girl' who enjoyed having her hair, nails and toes done as she called a pedicure. She was a kid at heart. She enjoyed the mountains of Colorado and her summer trips to Mass. She enjoyed singing with the Polka Club Choir. She loved the Price Is Right, Jeopardy and Wheel Of Fortune.
