Cynthia A. Taylor, 82, passed away peacefully in her home the evening of Wednesday, November 28, 2018 from a brief cancer diagnosis.

Cynthia was born in Ogdensburg, NY, October 11, 1936 to Dudley P. and Martha L. (Hayden) VanArnam. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Edwin R. "Bob" Taylor; by their 3 daughters, Joyce Simmons, Diane Coleman , Vicki Lacy and 1 son, Jeffery Taylor; 9 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren; and her brother, Bruce VanArnam.

Cynthia graduated from Ogdensburg Free Academy in 1954 and attended The Central City Business Institute of Syracuse, New York.

Following retirement - Cynthia enjoyed RVing across the country and into Canada visiting the National Parks. When she could no longer travel, Cynthia volunteered her time to the Cavalier Rescue of Florida where she would go on to foster and adopt several Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.

Cynthia will be remembered by family and friends for her wit and humor, her terrific ability to tell stories and sharp memory, for being a devoted wife and caregiver to her husband ,Bob, and her knack for making life long friends.
