1946 - 2019

Linda Gail Bartley, age 72, of Rockledge, Florida passed away on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at Vitas Hospice House. A native of Vicksburg, MS, she came to the Melbourne area in early 2000 from Jacksonville. She was a devout Christian. She was also a 30 year Navy wife, who worked for the Navy Marine Corps Relief Society for many years. Linda truly enjoyed extending her Southern Hospitality to family, friends, and all others.

Survivors include her children: Catherine (Jerry) Bennett of Melbourne, Billie (Stacy) of Jacksonville, Christiana "Chris" Hay of Melbourne; sisters: Julie (Randy) Dekker of Jacksonville, Tina (Rich) Neff of San Antonio, TX; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

There will be a memorial service on Saturday, (6/8) at 10:00 AM at the Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, & Receptions Chapel in Titusville. For friends who wish, the family suggests memorial donations to The Alzheimer's Foundation: http://brevardalz.org/donate.html

Following the services, Hope Community Fellowship, Hwy 50, Titusville, will be hosting the family and friends for a meal.
