Oviedo, FL - Taeil Abrahams, a long time Florida resident, died Saturday, the 8th of June, at her home while on hospice, after a three year battle with ovarian cancer.

Born in 1950 in South Korea, Taeil moved to Kansas at 21. She moved to Florida in 1978 with her family and earned an Accounting degree from Florida Atlantic University.

Taeil worked as an accountant throughout her career and retired from Siemens in 2015.

Taeil loved cooking good food and feeding others. She enjoyed helping those in need and was generous to those she loved. She encouraged people to excel in all their endeavors. She always tried to look her best, even when she wasn't feeling well. She could always be found wearing her trademark high heels, up to the very end of her life. She loved her family above all others and was loved deeply in return.

She is survived by her husband Allen and her daughter Taisha, as well as her brothers, Dong Yong and Chong Yong Pak.

The Newcomer Funeral Home in Orlando has been entrusted with arrangements. She will be interred at the Madonna Cemetery and Mausoleum in Fort Lee, New Jersey.
