Joyce is preceded in death by her loving husband, Russell Fuller, and parents, Benjamin Franklin Dowis, Sr. and Gladys Baker. She is survived by her cherished children, William James Phillips, Jr., Gary Eugene Phillips, Michael Jay Phillips, Carol Lynn Phillips, and Beverly Day Kerce. Joyce was also blessed with numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
