Virginia G. Stavale, age 93, went home to be with our Lord on Sunday, June 21, 2020. She was born September 28, 1926 in East Orange, New Jersey to parents Salvatore and Mary Polvere.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 72 years, Alexander; and her son, Wayne. She is survived by her son, Anthony (Janet) Stavale; daughters Ginger (Gregory) Palen and Penny (Vincent) Feher; grandson Gregory (Diana) Palen; granddaughters, Stephanie Hockman, Mary Stavale; Kristine (David) Tran and Emily (Andrew) Maratta; 6 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.

Virginia was a loving and devoted mother. She dedicated her whole life to her family and cherished every moment she spent with them. She was a strong Christian woman and dedicated prayer warrior.

A visitation will be held Tuesday, July 7th from 9:00 to 10:00 AM at Newcomer Funeral Home – South Seminole Chapel, 335 E State Road 434, Longwood.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated after the visitation at 11:00 AM at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church, 861 Maitland Ave, Altamonte Springs. Due to the current environment surrounding the coronavirus pandemic, attendance at the church will be limited to 25 people.

Interment will follow at Glen Haven Memorial Park, Winter Park, FL.
