Albert Edward Gaudette, 89, passed away peacefully at home on July 17, 2020 following a 6 year battle with Alzheimer’s disease.
Albert, born March 27, 1931 in Lowell, MA son of Albert Gaudette and Fleurette (Coderre) Gaudette. Albert’s siblings include brother Robert Gaudette, sisters Theresa Elliott and the late Claire Farrington.
Albert is predeceased by his daughter, Dianne (Gaudette) Graham.
Albert is survived by his wife Jeanne, with whom he will have celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary. Albert is also survived by his sons Lawrence and husband, Brent, Stephen and husband, Scott, Gregory and wife Marcia, and Matthew and wife Maureen; 3 grandchildren; Christian Gaudette, Victor Gaudette, and Katherine Graham, and several nieces and nephews.
Albert enjoyed a long career as an aircraft mechanic. First serving in the United States Navy aboard several aircraft carriers, followed by 35 years with Delta Airlines until his retirement in 1993. He was a faithful member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Orlando for over 30 years.
A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Orlando on August 8th at 10:00AM. Burial will immediately follow at Chapel Hill Cemetery in Orlando.
