Calvin Alexander Benton, age 93, of Orlando, Florida passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2020. He was born in Charlotte, North Carolina on November 17, 1926 to parents John and Emma (Crump) Benton. He was a veteran of WWII and served in the US Army.

He is survived by his son, Daniel Calvin Benton; granddaughters, Emilieh Wilson, Cynthia Gandy, Christina Wilson; grandsons, Matthew Benton, Daniel C Benton, Christopher Gandy, Brian Gandy, Shawn Gandy, Joseph Stewart; great-grandsons, Clayton Benton, Jasper Stewart; sister, Carolyn Hartis.

A visitation will be held from 10AM-11AM, Thursday August 13 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, East Orlando Chapel. Interment with military honors will follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell.
