Edward Dunn Carroll, 75, of Avalon Park, Florida passed away on September 3, 2020 after a long illness. Dunn was born in Enterprise, Alabama. He graduated from Charles Henderson High School in Troy, Alabama. Dunn served in the United States Navy from 1964 through 1967. After an honorable discharge from the Navy, Dunn enrolled in computer classes, and computer programming became his life-long career. In 2000, Dunn married the love of his life, Deborah Carroll. He is preceded in death by his parents, Eddie Claude and Lovie Carroll and his sister, Dell Carroll Hickman. Surviving relatives include his wife, Deborah; two children, Chris and Stephen Carroll; daughter-in-law, Jackie Carroll; five grandchildren Julie-Anne, Max, Eva, Ben, and Sam Carroll; sister Susan Marsh and her family, husband Lynn and niece Sara-Jane; and his nephew Ashley and his son, Matt. Dunn loved his family more than anything. His two sons were the pride of his life. He will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew him. A Celebration of Life in his honor will be held November 7, 2020 at the Pavilion in Avalon Park.
