Marie Mai (Durepos) Bray, 86, passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 in Orlando, Florida. She was born in St. Leonard, NB Canada in 1934 to Cyprien and Margarette Durepos.
She attended Academie St. Joseph in St. Quentin, NB Canada. In 1958 she married Eugene Bray. They would have celebrated their 63rd wedding anniversary in April. She and Gene had three daughters, Nancy Boling, Judy Roskowski, and Charlotte (Bill) Whitaker. She had seven grandchildren: Aaron Hoover (Tara), Jordan Farmer, Billy Whitaker (Emily), Kyle Whitaker, Tyler Whitaker, Brandon Roskowski and Halie Boling, and seven great-grandchildren: Jacob and Stella Farmer, Liam and Olivia Whitaker, Brooklyn and Lennon Hoover and Rhea Boling.
Marie was active in Beta Sigma Phi. She and Gene had Air Force assignments in Nebraska, Maine, Hawaii, and Indiana. They traveled extensively after his retirement from the Air Force, taking many tours and cruises.
She is survived by her husband Gene; daughters Nancy, Judy, and Charlotte; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; her sisters and brother in Canada, Bernadette, Corinne, Andrina, and Alban; brother Jean-Eudes in Florida; and numerous friends. She will be sorely missed.
