Beverly A Childers passed away on December 13, 2020, due to Pancreatic cancer. She was born in Montego Bay, Jamaica to Merlene Yee and Constantine Chung. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, John C Childers.

She is survived by her daughters, Jacqueline Edwards (Vincent), G. Annie Hall, and Margaret Hall.; five grandchildren, and three great-grandkids along with several siblings, nieces, and nephews.

Beverly was a loving mother and dedicated quality time to her family. She could often be found cooking and or baking for friends and family alike. She loved fashion/clothing design, crafting, reading, solving crossword puzzles, researching & enjoying other cultures, traveling the world, playing cards, gardening, and was an avid Sci-Fi--Trekkie fan.

She cared for people and spent many years volunteering for Hospice of the Comforter and Vitas. Additionally, trained many hours to volunteer time as a dental hygienist. She was recognized for her volunteerism. Notably for her work in the mid-’90s in South Florida and late 90’s and 2000 in Central Florida.

She loved her family and cherished her lifelong friends Carol and Yvonne. As she loved, so was she loved & will be greatly missed. Forever Mother, Wife, Grandma, and friend…

The family extends their heartfelt thanks to the Advent Health Oncology Department--the doctors, nurses, and support staff along with the Hospice team. The journey wasn’t easy but you made it easier to bear with your help and support. Thank-You!!
