Louis Mendoza
1968 - 2021

Louis Mendoza, age 52, of St. Cloud, Florida passed away suddenly on Thursday, February 25, 2021 in Orlando, FL.

Louis was born on June 18, 1968 in Jersey City, NJ, son to parents Leonides Pizarro and his late father, Angel Luis Mendoza. He spent his working career in construction, most recently working as a superintendent on various projects before his unexpected passing. Known for his motto, “Big Lou Can Do!”, he was a larger than life personality, and lit up any room he walked into. He memorized lines from movies and seemed to always know exactly when to use them. Lou enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing, archery, and drawing. He will be fondly remembered for his kindheartedness and generosity.

Louis is survived by his dear mother, Leonides or Orlando; two sisters, Elizabeth Serrano of St. Cloud and her husband John, and Lizzy Feliciano and her husband, Carlos, of Cumming, GA, several nieces and nephews; and his beloved Pitt-bull Chuckie.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - East Orlando Chapel, 895 S. Goldenrod Rd, Orlando; with a memorial service starting at 5:30 pm.
