Gregg Michael Danheiser of Sanford, Florida passed away on April 18, 2021, at the age of 44. He was born on November 28, 1976, in Buffalo, New York to Ann and David Danheiser. Gregg graduated from Plano Senior High in 1995 in Plano, Texas. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in 2002 from University of North Texas.
In 2008 he began his career with Blue Bell Creameries as a Territory Manager. He married Rachel Lynn McAuley on June 12, 2015, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Gregg enjoyed watching football (GO BILLS & GATORS), running his fantasy football league, and The Bracket Master Challenge for March Madness. He loved reading and learning about all things financial. He was raised Catholic, but attended his local Methodist Church, Lakeside Methodist, with his wife in Sanford, Florida. Gregg is survived by his wife, Rachel Danheiser of Sanford, FL.; his mother, Ann Danheiser; siblings, Julie Valenzuela & husband, Frank; Geoff Danheiser & wife, Stacey; nephews and nieces, Frankie, Tyson, Kylie, Nicholas, Chloe; and numerous other loving family and friends. Gregg was preceded in death by his father, David Danheiser.
A memorial service will be held at 11am. Saturday, May 15, 2021, at Lakeside Methodist Church, 121 N Henderson Lane Sanford, FL. 32771 followed immediately by a celebration of life, location to be announced. In lieu of flowers donations can be given to Gregg’s favorite charities, The American Red Cross or Multiple Sclerosis Foundation.
