Rosa Marinha Oliveira Da Silva was born on April 3, 1931 in Agua Longa, Santo Tirso, Portugal to Maria Da Silva and Jose Maria de Oliveira. She was the second of eleven children. Rosa grew up in northern Portugal, and later immigrated to Caracas, Venezuela in 1955. She would go on to spend the last 65 years of her life there, raising children, and running a small retail store.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Américo Moreira Da Silva, and her first born son, Manuel Oliveira. She is also preceded in death by brothers and sisters, Palmira, Joaquim, Beatriz, Antero, and Margarida. Rosa is survived by her son, Carlos Moreira, her daughter, Maylin Moreira-Campesino, as well as their spouses (Nancy and Bernardo), her grandchildren (Peggy, Elaine, Ronald, Carolina, Paula, Daniel, and Viana), great-grandchildren (Samuel, Nicolas, Diego, Pedro, Carlos Rafael, Romano, and Carlos Arturo) and sisters, brother and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation is Friday, September 17 from 5PM-9PM at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, East Orlando Chapel. A service will begin at 7:30PM.
