Michael John Russell Barratt, age 91, passed away on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 in Sanford, Florida. He was born on September 29, 1930 in Barnt Green, England to parents Cyril and May Barratt.

He is survived by his partner, Linda Horton; children Sheree Westwood (Michael Westwood), Linda Barratt (Diane Connolly), Lorraine Turner (Dale Turner), Stephen Barratt (Nicola Barratt), and Carol Edwards (Martin Edwards); step-children Suzanne Weir (Thomas Weir) and Christine Vajda (Dennis Vajda); granddaughter Kelly Westwood (James Warner); step-granddaughter Julie Roach (Andrew Roach); grandson Dominic Edwards (Jade Edwards); grandson Russell Barratt; granddaughter Jenni Westwood (Steve Brakewell); granddaughter Genna Roach (Devin Roach); granddaughter Amber Patterson (Cody Patterson); step-granddaughter Nicole Vajda; step-grandson Matthew Vajda; step-granddaughter Samantha Weir; step-granddaughter Jessica Weir; 8 great-grandchildren; and numerous friends, all who will miss him greatly.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, October 14, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, & Receptions, 335 East State Road 434, Longwood, Florida 32750. The funeral service will begin at 12:00 PM.
