On May 16, 2022, Dominic Joel Wilkins, age 5, passed away at Advent Health Childrens’ Hospital in Orlando, Florida due to brain cancer.

Dominic was born on December 28 2016 in Winter Park, FL to Dominic Wilkins and Valeria Rumbolo Santos. Dominic Joel was known to be a happy soul. He was very intelligent, obedient, and very observant. At 5 years old, Dominic had a sense of humor and could make any one laugh. He loved to ride his bike, play games on his iPad, and play with his Nerf guns. At such a young age, Dominic Joel touched many lives and his memories will stick to us forever. May his soul Rest In Peace, we love you.

Besides his parents, Valeria and Dominic, he is survived by his maternal grandmother, Beatriz Santos, his paternal grandmother, Monica Wilkins; uncle, Michael Cruz; and two aunts, Karina Cruz, and Monica Wilkins.

Funeral Services are Friday, May 27, 2022 at 12:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home – South Seminole Chapel, 335 E. State Road 434, Longwood, FL.

Visitation with the family will precede the service on Friday, May 27, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at the funeral home.

Interment will follow in Enterprise Evergreen Cemetery, Deltona, FL.
