MSgt Patrick B. “Top” Allen, USMC Retired passed away peacefully at the Lake Nona VA Living Center, Orlando FL surrounded by his family on June 21, 2022. He was the son of JD Allen and Eileen Allen. He was born in Honolulu Hawaii on February 2, 1945 and lived in Hawaii until he was 7 when the family moved to California. TOP lived there until he enlisted into the United States Marine Corp in 1963. During his military career, TOP was stationed all over the world including Vietnam, Korea, Okinawa, Japan, Puerto Rico and several stateside bases. He enjoyed sharing his love of travel, languages and adventure, with his family during these times.

Patrick married the love of his life, Norma Iris Allen, August 30, 1968 on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. TOP and Norma have three daughters: Janet Iris Klocek-Hallman, Patricia Iris Allen and Arlyn Iris Allen. TOP has two grandchildren Cpl Logan Patrick Klocek (Army) and Isabella Iris Klocek. He was so proud of his family and loved spending time with all of them at their Cocoa Beach Condo during the summers and on many family vacations. TOP was liked and admired by everyone who knew him.

He will be remembered for his sense of humor and a quick smile. His unconditional love of family and friends. He was a loving son, brother, husband, father and grandfather, that will always be in our hearts.

He will always be a United States Marine…..Oorah - Semper Fi.

The family request any donations be sent to either: Toys For Tots OR Wounded Warriors, both causes that he participated in for 15+ years.

There will be a Private Celebration of Life after the ceremony.
