Janet Mary Bogumil

In Memory Of
Janet Mary Bogumil
1947 - 2022
Janet was a loving mother, a loyal friend and the centerpiece of a fun loving family. She cherished her dogs, her trips to Ireland with her sister Alice and spending time with her grandchildren. Her special recipes will always be remembered by both family and friends. Her Tuna noodle casserole, Deviled eggs, Watergate salad, Banana bread and the tins of Christmas cookies she sent to family members every year will be sorely missed. She was an avid Yankees fan and proud member of the Bills Mafia. She supported her children through college, buying houses and putting diapers on each of their kids. She never missed a holiday or birthday celebration with her grandchildren. Janet fondly remembered her trips to LA, Boise and Buffalo to visit her brothers and sisters. She was shining example of unconditional love.
She is survived by her two sisters Nora and Alice, her two brothers, Joe and Jim, her caring ex-husband Walter and his mother Betty in addition to her three sons, Walter, Alexander & Greg Bogumil and seven grandchildren.
We ask in lieu of flowers that you kindly adopt a rescue dog or donate to the Humane Society in her and surviving dogs names, Roxy and Maggie.
