Blanca Marina Hernandez (77) passed on November 24, 2022, in Orlando. She was born on October 23, 1945 in Colombia S.A. to parents Ruben and Rosa Martinez.

Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and sister to 5 brothers and 4 sisters, nieces and nephews. She was strong and always cheerful throughout her life even to the end. After coming to the US and living in Chicago for awhile, she and her young son, Luis, moved to Los Angeles, Ca. After meeting her future husband, she embarked on a journey to fulfill her ambition to become a nurse. While working full time and attending Pasadena City College, she graduated and worked as a Licensed Vocational Nurse for several years. She moved to Orlando in 2007 to be with her mother and most of her family who she was very close with. Always ambitious, she purchased some rental properties and enjoyed being a landlord for several more years. Her hobbies were plants, especially orchards, and birds, especially hummingbirds.

She will be missed dearly by all who knew her. RIP Blanca.
