Luis Alfredo Livia Moyer, age 67, of Orlando, Florida passed away on Friday, May 19, 2023 at Vitas Hospice in Orlando.

He was born on April 26, 1956 in Lima, Peru, to parents Alfredo Luis Livia Manrique and Elena Moyer Zevallos. Luis studied in Lima - he graduated from Hipolito Unanue High School, and later studied at Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal. On May 26, 1994 his daughter Lorena was born.

On October 27, 2018, he married Mirtha Diaz in a beautiful ceremony surrounded by family and friends. Luis had a passion for cooking, and most recently was working for Orange County Public Schools in food services.

Luis is survived by his wife of nearly five years, Mirtha Diaz, and five daughters and their families: Lorena Livia, Corina Hardy and her husband, Kristopher, Yessica Martinez Seeman and her husband, Daniel, Mirtha Martinez, and Jazmin Martinez. He is also survived by six grandchildren: Macarena Collazos Livia, Hugo André Hardy, Jessica Ramirez, Erik Seeman, Mia Hardy, and Ryan Seeman; a sister, Ana Livia Moyer of Lima, Peru; and three brothers: Miguel Livia Moyer, Julio Livia Moyer, and Marco Livia Moyer, all of Lima, Peru.

Luis was beloved by all his family and friends. He loved his daughter Lorena and granddaughter Macarena. He married his best friend Mirtha and gained more daughters and grandkids who loved him very much. His passion for cooking was noticeable at the family gatherings, because of the good food and drinks that he prepared for the people that he loved so much.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, June 9, 2023 at 4:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home – East Orlando Chapel, 895 S. Goldenrod Rd, Orlando, FL with Fr. Enrique Guerra officiating. You are invited to attend from 3:00 pm onward.

Luis Alfredo Livia Moyer de 67 años de edad, residente de Orlando, Florida, falleció el viernes 19 de Mayo del año 2023 en el hospicio Vitas localizado en Orlando.

Él nació el 26 de Abril de 1956 en Lima, Perú, sus padres fueron Alfredo Luis Livia Manrique y Elena Moyer Zevallos. Luis estudió en Lima y se graduó en el colegio Hipólito Unanue y después estudió en la Universidad Federico Villareal. El 26 de Mayo de 1994 nació su hija Lorena.

Se casó con Mirtha Díaz el 27 de Octubre del año 2018 en una bella ceremonia rodeado de familiares y amistades. Luis tenía pasión por la cocina, y más recientemente estaba trabajando en la cafetería para las escuelas del condado de Orange.

A Luis le sobrevive su esposa de casi cinco años, Mirtha Díaz, y cinco hijas con sus familias: Lorena Livia; Corina Hardy y su esposo Kristopher; Yessica Martinez Seeman y su esposo Daniel; Mirtha Martínez; y Jazmin Martínez. También le sobreviven sus 6 nietos: Macarena Collazos Livia, Hugo André Hardy, Jessica Ramirez, Erik Seeman, Mia Hardy, y Ryan Seeman; también su hermana Ana Livia Moyer, y tres hemanos: Miguel Livia Moyer, Julio Livia Moyer y Marco Livia Moyer.

Luis fue muy querido por sus familiares y amigos. Amó a su hija Lorena y a su nieta Macarena. Se casó con su mejor amiga Mirtha y ganó más hijas y nietos quienes lo querían mucho. Su pasión por la cocina se notaba en las reuniones familiares por la buena comida y bebidas que preparaba con mucho amor para las personas que amaba.

EL servicio fúnebre se celebrará el viernes 9 de Junio del año 2023, a las 4:00 PM en la Casa Funeraria Newcomer – East Orlando Chapel, 895 S. Goldenrod Rd, Orlando, FL oficiada por el Padre Enrique Guerra. Se podrá atender a la casa funeraria a partir de las 3:00 pm.

El servicio será transmitido en vivo y podrá ser visto por 90 días después del funeral.
