Aida L. Arenas Miranda, age 88, of Merritt Island, Florida passed away on Sunday, September 13, 2026.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Valentin A. Arenas Perez.
She is survived by her daughter, Valerie Ann Hughes, sons, Jorge Arena and Valentin Arenas, Jr., grandchildren, Joshua Valentin Hughes, Alexis Arenas, Dax Hughes and Liam Arenas, great-grandchildren, Tommis H. Hughes and Charlie V. Hughes, and sisters, Lucy Miranda and Naty Cintron.
Visitation is Monday, September 21, 2026 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm with funeral service starting at 7:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (East Orlando Chapel), 895 S. Goldenrod Road, Orlando, Florida 32822.
Interment will be Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at 12:30pm at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, Mims, FL.
