Angel Dionne Kumar

March 8, 1965 — June 15, 2025

Winter Park

On Sunday, June 15th, 2025, our family suffered a great loss. Our big sister, our friend, and our auntie. Angel Dionne Cole Kumar was born on March 8th, 1965, in Middlesboro, Kentucky. Angel started her life's journey after graduating high school and leaving the comfort of her Appalachian Mountains and moving to the Big (Apple) New York.

Angel resided in New York for a time with different aunties on both her dad's and mom's side. Later on, Angel ventured out on her own to experience the city life that she dearly loved, New York became her home. Angel was known for being a hard worker and she held various positions, Hairdresser, Retail, Bank Teller, Traffic Controller, and finally, a Corrections Officer. After 10 years of service, Angel started have health issues which led to an early retirement. After 25 years of the City life, Angel ventured down to the Sunshine State, Orlando, Florida.

Angel loved the Disney scene, even worked at Universal Studios for awhile. She loved the beach and the hot weather. She had found a new love. Soon after, Angel came to realize there was something missing from her life and that was God. Angel dedicated her life to God and was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses in 2011.

From then on, Angel was truly happy because she found purpose in life and she always gave 150% of herself to help others learn about our creator. She made a name with God and remained faithful until her death. We know that we will see Angel soon in the Resurrection because God's word is faithful and true.

Job 14:13-15 Says, "O that in the grave you would conceal me, that you would hide me until your anger passes by, that you would set a time limit for me and remember me!"

If a man dies, can he live again? I will wait all the days of my compulsory service until relief comes.

You will call and I will answer you. You will long for the work of your hands.

Angel had no children, and she was proceeded in death by her mother, Charlottie Ann Short Cole.

She is survived by her father, Robert Lee Cole, her brothers, Christopher R. Cole, David A. Cole, and Shawn E. Kyle, her sisters, Cindy R. Cole, Glow C. Cole, and Elizabeth S. Cole, with many aunts and uncles and many nieces, nephews, and great nieces. Also many cousins - special mention 'Viola Johnson and Ruby Brooks.'

Many thanks and much love to our dear brothers and sisters of the congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses for all their love and support in our time of need.

Blessed be the Living God Jehovah Forever and Ever!
