Anthony "AC" Carter

With deep sorrow and broken hearts, we announce the passing of Anthony Carter, lovingly known to family and friends as AC. For the last 2 and a half years, AC fought a courageous battle after suffering life altering injuries. Throughout this difficult journey, he displayed extraordinary strength, resilience and determination inspiring all that stood beside him. AC passed away leaving a legacy of compassion, generosity and unwavering love.

To know AC was to know kindness. He had a way of making everyone feel welcomed, valued and appreciated. His generous heart and selfless nature were evident in everything he did. He never hesitated to help someone in need, offer words of encouragement or simply just be there when it mattered most. AC will be remembered for his smile, his loyal friendship and the countless lives he touched.

Above all else, AC was devoted to his family and good faith. He found strength and comfort in his relationship with God throughout his life.

He is survived by his wife Jennifer Carter, his cherished daughter Janiyah, along with many family members and friends who will forever honor his memory.

Though his passing leaves a immeasurable void, the memories he created and the love he gave so freely will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew him. While we will grieve the loss of a remarkable person, we take comfort knowing that AC suffering has ended and that he is at peace and in the presence of the Lord. 

The family will receive friends on Monday, July 6, 2026 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Winter Park Chapel from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A Visitation will also be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the funeral home. A Celebration of his life will be Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at 4:00 PM in the funeral home chapel.
