Barbara Ann Couture

Barbara A. Couture, aged 90, passed away peacefully on June 7, 2025, leaving behind a legacy filled with love as a devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

A passionate football fan, Barbara had a special place in her heart for her favorite teams, including Florida State University, Notre Dame, and the Miami Dolphins. Yet, her true passion lay within her family—the vibrant center of her life. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren brought her immeasurable joy, and she cherished every moment spent with them.

Barbara was married to the love of her life, Jean Couture, who sadly passed away in 1968. Throughout the years, she carried his memory close to her heart, and now she is joyfully reunited with him.

She is lovingly remembered by her children: Karen Corbin and her husband Chuck, Patti Couture, and Michael Couture; her stepdaughter, Sally Sytko; her dear sister, Patricia Rajcevic; and her cherished grandchildren: Michael Jr., Timothy, and Elizabeth, along with her great-grandchildren, Maliyah, Hunter, and Lukas. Barbara's family also includes her grand daughters-in-law, Rachael and Katie, her nephew, Peter Rajcevic, and her very special adopted daughter, Pauline.

As we bid farewell to Barbara, we celebrate her remarkable life and the indelible mark she has left on all who knew her. She will be laid to rest at Greenwood Cemetery in Orlando, Florida, at a later date, where her spirit will forever remain with those she loved so dearly.
