Barbara Grace Rainey, 76, departed this life peacefully on Sunday, June 5, 2016 in Orlando, FL. Born on September 2, 1939 in Plant City, FL to the late Frank and Jewell Young-Stacy. She is survived by her beloved children, Walter Owens III, Michael Owens, and Brigette O'Neal; brother, Edgar "Pat" Stacy; and her sister, Alva Hosken. She truly appreciated the gift of life and will remain forever in our hearts. Family will greet friends from 2PM to 2:30PM on Friday, June 10, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 895 S. Goldenrod Road, Orlando, FL with a funeral service to follow at 2:30PM. Entombment will take place at Osceola Memory Gardens, Kissimmee, FL.
