Bill L. Cline passed away on October 7, 2026, at the age of 76.
Bill was a man whose steady presence and warm spirit left a lasting impression on everyone around him. A truck driver his entire life, he took deep pride in his work and in the responsibility it carried. That pride was reflected in an extraordinary record: he never had a ticket or an accident. His dedication, care, and reliability spoke to the kind of man he was in every part of life.
He will be remembered as someone who loved his neighbors and made a point of waving and greeting everyone. Bill was funny, protective, and deeply caring, the kind of person who naturally watched over those around him. He would often sit outside, keeping an eye on the neighborhood kids, offering the quiet reassurance of someone always looking out for others. He knew all of the dogs in the neighborhood, and his easy way with animals earned him the affectionate reputation of being a true dog whisperer.
Above all, Bill’s heart belonged to his wife, Roliena. The sun rose and set on Roliena, and their bond was at the center of his life. He also shared a special love for his dogs, Duke, Diamond, and Storm, who were an important part of his days and brought him great companionship.
Bill is survived by his wife, Roliena; his daughter, Kelly; his sons, Billie and Alex; and his grandaughter, Alyssa; and his great grandson Benjamin. He leaves behind a family who will carry forward the memory of his humor, his loyalty, his watchful care, and the kindness he showed so freely to others.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Helen.
Bill will be remembered with love for the life he lived, the people he protected, the neighbors he welcomed, and the devotion he gave to his family and beloved dogs. His memory will remain a comfort to those who knew him and loved him.
