Billy Oglesby

Billy Joe Oglesby, 68, of Orlando, FL, passed away on December 5, 2024. Born on December 17, 1955, Billy was a devoted father, grandfather, and friend, whose love for his family was evident in every aspect of his life.

Billy worked for 50 years as a plumber, mastering his craft and becoming known for his skills as a handyman. After retiring, he found joy in fishing and spending time outdoors, hobbies that brought him peace and satisfaction.

He is survived by his children, John Oglesby and Amee Pantano, and his four beloved grandchildren: Sofia, Lyra, Kaleb, and Eric. Billy’s legacy will live on in the hearts of those who knew him, and he will be remembered for his kindness, humor, and unwavering support for his family.

A private memorial service will be held to celebrate Billy’s life. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in his honor.

Billy will be dearly missed but never forgotten.
