Brian D. Powers

Brian D. Powers, age 63, of Longwood, FL, passed away peacefully and comfortably at home on May 14th, 2026. He was born on June 21st, 1962, in Tarrytown, New York, a son of the late Michael Powers and the late Wilma Powers.

Brian was the youngest of five children. He was described by his siblings as quiet and never wanted anyone to worry about him. Brian loved NASCAR. Every Sunday, he made sure the race was on, chicken wings were bought, and a Coca-Cola was in his hand. His favorite driver(s) are the Earnhardts. Brian loved to attend races in Daytona with his family any chance he could. Brian was into computers, which is what got his two children into gaming, coding, and even following in his footsteps (his son). Brian got into 3D printing when his son showed him all the possibilities of making things. Brian was known for always having a Coca-Cola in hand and listening to some classic rock while messing around in the garage on new projects. Brian is survived by his wife, Roxanne Powers, two children, Justin Powers, Brittany Powers, and his three step-daughters, Christine Lennox, Stephanie Suarez, and Sheri Lennox. His brothers and sisters, Eileen Lenehan, Maureen Domingue, Dennis Powers, and Michael Powers. 

A private viewing will be held on Wednesday, May 20th, and more information on a Celebration of Life will follow.
