He is survived by his parents, Carlos Juan Ortiz, Sr. and Digna Rodriguez, and sister, Yarinnette Ortiz.
Visitation is Thursday, August 26, 2021 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm with funeral service starting at 7:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (Winter Park Chapel), 3806 Howell Branch Rd, Winter Park, Florida 32792.
Interment will be on Monday, August 30, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, 5525 US-1, Mims, Florida 32754.
