Carol Jean Binkley

Carol Jean Binkley, passed away on September 17, 2026, in Lake Mary, Florida. She was born on March 26, 1936, in Gary, Indiana.

Carol will be remembered as a kind, caring, and loyal woman whose bubbly spirit brought warmth to those around her. She was deeply spiritual and found joy in simple, meaningful things, including the beach, baking, and taking care of people. Her life was marked by a genuine concern for others, and one of her proudest accomplishments was helping people work through their personal problems with compassion and understanding. She also took great pride in raising her two sons, a role she cherished deeply.

Above all, Carol was devoted to her family. She is survived by her husband, Harold Binkley; her sons, Kevin Binkley and Brent Binkley; her daughter-in-law, Linda Binkley; her grandchildren, Kyle Binkley and Kendal Binkley; and her sister, Joan Correll. Each of them carries forward memories of her love, her encouragement, and the steady care she gave so freely throughout her life.

She was preceded in death by her father, Coye Emery, and her mother, Elizabeth Emery.

Carol Jean Binkley’s life was a blessing to those who knew her. She will be remembered for her generous heart, her faith, and the comfort she offered to family and friends alike. Her memory will continue to live on in the lives she touched and in the love she leaves behind.
