Christine Beth Evans

Christine Beth Evans, age 51, passed away on February 22, 2026, after her courageous battle with brain cancer and breast cancer.

Christine was born in Manhattan, New York, on April 27, 1974, a daughter of Teresa M. Dukes. She lived in New York for the rest of her childhood years, where she then attended Iona University for her undergraduate degree. Later, she moved to Orlando, Florida, and received her master's degree from the University of Central Florida.

For 20 years, Christine worked as a speech-language pathologist, impacting the lives of many, not just through her work but through her kindness, generosity, and dedication as well. Her innate desire to rush to everyone's aid, regardless of the obstacle, left a lasting impact on all who knew her.

Christine enjoyed spending her time getting lunch at small cafes, going on walks, creating art, and going to Disney for the day. She never let her diagnosis stop her from doing what she loved. Christine’s unwavering optimism allowed her to enjoy every moment of her life. Her selflessness, determination, and generous spirit leave behind a legacy of strength and compassion.

Christine is survived by her husband, Timothy S. Evans, and her three children, Ashley, Tyler, and Kelly. Christine’s legacy extends beyond her children, but rather a manifestation of how she spent her life constantly giving of herself to everyone she came into contact with.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 28th, starting with a visitation at 12:30 PM and the mass starting promptly at 1:00 PM at St. James Cathedral. The burial will follow in the Queen of Angels Cemetery. Additionally, there will be a reception following the committal at San Pedro retreat center, room 500. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Christine’s memory to the American Cancer Society.
