Listen to Obituary

Oh where to start...It is with profound love and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Christopher Alan Mack ("Chris"), 46 of Altamonte Springs, Florida, who completed his journey on July 18, 2026. Chris was born on November 28, 1979 in Orlando, Florida. Chris lived a life not bound by any expectations of others, but guided by the authentic rhythm of his "OWN SOUL." To anyone who knew Chris was to understand what it meant to be fiercely untamed. Chris had a passion for anything with an engine. Whether it was motorcycles, boats, or just about anything that could be driven, repaired, or admired, he found joy in the thrill of the ride and the craftsmanship behind it. Chris also had a deep love for animals and a creative spirit that showed through his artistic talents. Chris was quick-witted and known for his honest, straightforward nature. Chris was the kind of person who told you exactly what he thought, and you always respected him more for it. Chris followed winding paths, instead of straight roads, and boy did he have a "ZEST FOR LIFE"! Chris did not just exist, but he experienced many things in life. His adventurous spirit and authenticity left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him, and his humor had a way of lighting up a room. He brought passion and a vibrant energy and Chris' spirit was a reminder to ALL that life is meant to be lived out loud and with an open heart. Chris' legacy is not one of rules or rigid milestones, but of courage that was "BOLD". Chris was an authentic flame and spark that was even in his darkest of times.

Chris is survived by his beloved wife, Kylee Vagts; father in law, Daniel Vagts; sister in law, Staci Vagts; brother in law, Todd Vagts; niece, Peyton Vagts; niece, Paige Vagts; nephew, Paxton Vagts; his beloved pets Bohdi and Geraeh. His mother, Eileen Heasley; stepfather, James Heasley, and his brother, Jamer Heasley. Chris was preceded in death by his mother in law, Betty Vagts and sister in law, Danez Vagts.

The Vagts family taught Chris what a "True Family" meant!

Chris will be deeply missed and forever remembered by his family and friends.
