He is survived by his wife, Deborah G. Amos; sons, David A. Amos and Dallas LaFever, daughters, Angela R. Axtel, Toni L. Smith and Candice S. Amos; brothers Larry R. Amos and Jan C. Amos, sister, Jeanine Bullard; 7 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
